This document reports on the findings from a livelihoods study to investigate structures and processes for effective community-based planning and responsive service delivery to improve rural livelihoods through forestry development in Uganda. It was carried out by The Forest Sector Co-ordination Secretariat, with support from Khanya - mrc in Uganda
