This Guide is intended for those managing the CBP process in a municipality, to help them to prepare for CBP, to manage the rollout of planning, to support implementation of the plans in the community, to take the information generated and use it effectively in the IDP, and to monitor implementation. This guideline assumes that the reader is familiar with the IDP methodology and has at least a basic knowledge of the CBP methodology.
