This report presents the findings of a comparative study on the cost-effectiveness of the TEAM approach in Lesotho. It covered the experience of other agencies in Lesotho using related approaches.The Training in Environmental and Agricultural Management (TEAM) project in Lesotho worked to respond to some of the underlying causes of livelihood insecurity by developing an extension approach that promotes self-reliance and problem solving amongst poor farmers, and sought to empower rural households.
