Community-based Planning Workshop Report, Accra - Ghana, 9 – 10 June 2001
This report captures the proceedings of a workshop to review each country's experiences and to identify best practices in community-based planning processes. The Community-based Planning (CBP) project was aimed at improving the livelihood of poor people by improving the linkages between the micro level (community) meso level (local government and district service providers) through community involvement in the planning process. The participating countries were Ghana, Uganda, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
