This workshop report aims to: - review various approaches to decentralised planning in Uganda and the roles played by different organisations • identify lessons learnt, best practices and gaps in decentralised planning with a view of informing future planning processes • identify a network of institutions and individuals with interest in continued learning on Community Based Planning (CBP)
