This document is a report of the 3rd 4-country partner meeting held on the Community-Based Planning (CBP) project. The objectives of the meeting were to have identified the main learnings about CBP and the way the project has been run, planned for after the project ends , including any continued pan-African work. The goal of this project was 'By 2003, community-based planning systems have been developed and are operating in 4 African countries which are integrated into the local government planning and resource allocation system.'
