Objective:  
Description: Developing new ideas for transforming service delivery for forestry, using livelihood analysis to see how forestry can contribute to the livelihood of poor people. A methodology was developed, NGOs trained, and they then applied livelihoods analysis in 10 districts. Following this key lessons in terms of possible roles for forestry and forestry services were developed, and possible pilots designed.
