Objective:  
Description: Stakeholders in South Africa decided to build on the successful piloting of CBP in Mangaung Municipality by widening to a total of 8 pilots. The CBP methodology was adapted, linked more strongly to the IDP, national training of CBP lead trainers run, and support given to 8 pilots to implement CBP. The learnings from this were then used to revise the Guidelines for facilitating and managing CBP.
