Objective: To recommend to DFID on where they should locate 2 decentralised research offices in Africa, and what functions they should perform
Description:  DFID has adopted a new research strategy. In order to implement this they are proposing to establish 2 decentralised research offices to act as liaison with central research. This project is to identify suitable institutional and geographical locations, proposed functions of the offices and budgets
