Dr Vincent Hungwe, Programme Director, Khanya-aicdd is participating in the National Community Development Policy Framework Conference, hosted by the Community Development Directorate of South Africa's Department of Social Development (DSD).The theme for this conference is 'Strengthening partnerships towards a unified approach to community development'. The conference will be held from 12 - 14 May 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
