Khanya-aicdd and Development Works to support Free State COGTA in implementing the Local Government Turnaround Strategy

Khanya-aicdd and Development Works are collaborating in an initiative to support the implementation of the Local Government Turnaround Strategy with the Free State Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA).  This initiative aims to develop capacity in community-based planning across the province.
