Khanya- aicdd, EU-CWCI and Southern Africa Trust hosted a two-day regional workshop to engage in dialogue about the potential for action learning methodologies to improve development impacts and deepen democracy in the region. This workshop was based on the findings of a research project to draw the lessons from action learning projects in southern and eastern Africa, as well as experience of the participants. The key objective of the workshop was to develop a shared understanding of the requirements for effective action learning in Southern and eastern Africa and a network of interested policy makers and practitioners.
