Training on Managing for Impact: a holistic learning experience
Khanya-aicdd and the Centre for Development Support (University of the Free State) recently hosted a 12-day Certificate Course on Managing for Impact. The course was attended by 19 participants from across Africa covering Egypt, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
It was a lively training event where participants were trained in a range of tools to support development planning, implementation and evaluation. This course is designed to respond to and address common challenges that emerge when managing and implementing pro-poor development programme.
