Two new pilots were identified to replace the original two which did not provide any tangible modification or changes to the way they currently work. UNICEF Lesotho worked with vital statistics and data collectors, and the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Lesotho, provided support to the Justice sector using paralegals. The Lesotho CBW secretariat  assisted the two institutions to write up the pilot profiles and to identify areas of modifications in their implementation to ensure these adhere to the guidelines of implementing 'best practice' pilots.
