Vincent Hungwe
(+2007)Vincent is the Programme Director for Community Driven Development and Sustainable Livelihoods at Khanya-African Institute for Community-Driven Development (formerly Khanya-managing rural change), which provides action-research, consultancy, training, and information on community-driven development and sustainable livelihoods in Africa. Vincent’s main work has been development and strategic planning at community development planning, management, service delivery levels and in managing for impact. Vincent has senior level experience from twenty three years experience in strategic planning and corporate governance in relation to rural and urban development planning, natural resources development and management, agriculture based development planning, local government administration and management, decentralisation, institutional restructuring and reform, technology development and application in support of local and national economic development. He has worked with NGOs, local government, national and provincial government and a wide variety of donors.
